Breast Lift Case Study #5 requested breast lift surgery with no implants, since she felt she had enough breast volume. She also had liposuction and a tummy tuck. I do martial arts. Karate training 3 days a week. I also play golf.

Why did you have surgery?

My breasts were heavy and my job in healthcare requires 13 hour days.

What were your goals?

To look the way I felt! In my husband’s words, “Now your outside matches your inside!”

How long did you think about having this procedure done?

I’ve been thinking about it since I stopped nursing my last child 16 years ago! I actively searched when I knew the time had come to just do it!

Did you do any research on the internet?

Yes, but mostly it was word of mouth and seeing other women. As an RN, I have that opportunity!

What do your friends and family think of your results?

My husband is amazed and proud. My friends are envious but in a good way!

Has it changed your lift?

It has changed my life in so many ways. It’s easier to stand on my feet all day without low back pain. I have more confidence, martial arts is better and shopping is a joy.
